Our research at the intersection of semantic technologies, information retrieval and natural language processing aims at improving usability of heterogeneous data, information and knowledge on the Web. Particular focus areas are the interpretation of online discourse, e.g. in social media, NLP methods for scholarly information extraction and the construction of structured knowledge graphs from unstructrued documents.
