Team Details

I am a systems biologist with a passion for understanding how evolution has shaped the metabolic network and fluxes of photosynthetic organisms. In my work, I use available constraint-based genome-scale models to construct the innovative growth balance analysis (GBA) model, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of biological networks and constraints. By applying these methods to unicellular photosynthetic organisms, I intend to demonstrate the allocation of cellular resources in context, providing insights at the systems level.
