Algorithmic Bioinformatics
We develop algorithmic models and methods to better understand cellular processes based on molecular data. Current applications include cancer genome analysis, models for drug and vaccine development and AI-assisted systems for clinical decision support.
The work is highly interdisciplinary and is characterized by cooperations with experimental and clinical partners.
